Digital systems for organisations that serve people

Built carefully.
Built to last.

We design and build websites, apps, management systems, payments, AI tools, brands and marketing for churches, NGOs, schools, businesses and public institutions.

One team from the first conversation to the years after launch. Simple for the people who use it, careful with their data, and documented so it can be maintained.

Standards we hold ourselves to

on every project, written into the agreement
Data

Privacy by default

Built in line with Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019. We collect only what is needed and restrict who can see it.

Access

Works for everyone

Readable on small screens and by screen readers, in plain language, and in local languages where needed.

Network

Built for real conditions

Fast on mobile data and patchy connections. Key tasks keep working offline and sync later.

Security

Locked down properly

Role-based access, encrypted connections, audit trails, backups and regular reviews.

Ownership

Yours to keep

You own your data. At handover you receive the source code, documentation and admin access.

Honesty

Plain advice

Fixed quotes, clear timelines, and we'll tell you when you don't need custom software.

How we work

fig. 3 — from first conversation to long-term care
  1. Step 1

    Listen

We meet the people who will use it, not only those commissioning it, and write down the real problem.

  2. Step 2

    Show

A clickable prototype and a fixed quote, so you see it before you commit to building it.

  3. Step 3

    Build

Short milestones you approve one at a time, each tested on your own phone.

  4. Step 4

    Launch

Training for your team, a calm go-live, and documentation written for the people who'll maintain it.

  5. Step 5

    Care

Support, monitoring and improvements for as long as you need them.

TapIn

The app that helps churches and businesses in Uganda check people in, receive payments, share updates and see their numbers, from the phone already in everyone's pocket.

What building it taught us
  • Installable apps that open from a WhatsApp link, no app store needed
  • MTN MoMo and Airtel Money payments, with receipts
  • QR check-in, kiosks on shared tablets, and live dashboards
  • Branch networks, team leaders and role-based access
  • Printable weekly, monthly and yearly reports
  • Private records that only their owner can see
  • Brand, social content and tutorial videos, all made in-house

Running a church or a business? TapIn is free to start. Set yours up.

Questions

asked before most projects
How much does a project cost?

It depends on what you need. After a short conversation we give you a fixed quote in writing, so the price doesn't move halfway through. Small websites and design work can start quickly; larger systems usually begin with a Discovery phase.

How long does it take?

A website or brand can take a few weeks. A system with payments, roles and reports takes longer and is delivered in milestones, so you are using parts of it before the whole thing is finished.

Do we own what you build?

Yes. You own your data, and at handover you receive the source code, documentation and full admin access.

Can you work with our existing systems?

Usually, yes. We can connect to tools you already use, move your data across carefully, or improve what you have rather than replacing it.

Do you work outside Kampala, or outside Uganda?

Yes. We work remotely with organisations anywhere, and travel for workshops, training and launches where it helps.

What happens after launch?

We train your team and stay available. Most clients keep a Care plan for hosting, backups, updates and support.
